What We Do
It all begins with an idea.
You are not lost — you’re just ready for your next step. Let’s find it together.
One-to-one guidance and coaching for students, graduates, and professionals who want clarity, direction, and confidence in what comes next.
I’m Lisa Lindberg — a coach, guidance counsellor, and former HR leader with over twenty years’ experience helping people find clarity and purpose at key turning points in their lives.
Whether you’re a student exploring subjects and next steps such as third level, apprenticeships or future careers, a graduate starting out, or a professional feeling stuck or ready for change, I’ll help you uncover your strengths, build confidence, and take practical, meaningful steps forward.
Sessions are available in Dublin or online — wherever you are, you don’t have to take the next step alone.
🟢 About Lisa
I bring together over two decades of experience across human resources, coaching, and guidance. My background includes leadership roles in the life sciences and consulting sectors, where I supported individuals and teams through development and change.
I hold a Master’s in Guidance Counselling, a Master of Arts, and a Master’s in Business Practices, which included postgraduate diplomas in leadership, coaching, and organisation development. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law and am an EMCC Senior Practitioner-accredited coach and MBTI® practitioner.
Alongside my professional coaching work, I’ve spent many years helping students at second level and beyond explore their options and make confident, informed decisions about their futures. I understand how uncertain these choices can feel — and my approach is calm, practical, and encouraging, offering both students and parents the structure and clarity they need to move forward.
This blend of human insight, organisational experience, and professional training allows me to support people at all stages — from teenagers beginning to plan their path to professionals ready for change — with guidance that is thoughtful, personal, and grounded.
🟢 How I Work
Every person’s journey is different — and so is every session. My work is one-to-one, confidential and tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a student making subject choices or a professional navigating a transition, I’ll help you slow down, make sense of what matters most and take clear, practical steps forward.
I combine guidance, coaching and psychometric insight to create a space where people can think openly, gain clarity and make confident decisions. Sessions are conversational, reflective and focused on achievable outcomes.
For students, this might mean identifying areas of interest and understanding course options. For professionals, it could involve exploring purpose, leadership challenges or the next stage in their career. Whatever the focus, the goal is the same — to help you move forward with clarity, confidence and direction.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Dublin, offering flexibility wherever you are.

Setting Yourself up for Success
It all begins with an idea.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
